This is a letter of reference for Ronald Radziercz, owner, and operator of Corporate
Construction,LLC. In March of 2006 year Mr. Radziercz built an addition onto my existing home. He was very
prompt in that he was always there when he said he would be, and always prepared to put in a full days work.
He
was very professional, did a beautiful job, and did the job for a reasonable price. Anytime he found a way to save money, he
passed that savings onto me. I am well pleased, and have no complaints about his honesty or work ethics.

July 2008, This past year
we had four companies come to our home and give us bids on adding a 12x30 covered porch to the front of our home. "When
Ron came in the lowest, we asked him how he could do it so low and his answer was low overhead".
We liked him and his price and decided to trust him and he did not let us down. Ron was professional and patient, always
returning phone calls promptly and getting answers to questions we had as quickly as he could. My husband is a perfectionist
and not easy to please, but Ron was professional and patient, always had his cell phone with him and answered it himself. We
did not have to go through a "project manager" to get Ron. And the Porch is not just a porch. "It
is a masterpiece". I completes the home. We love it.

My wife and I reside
in upstate New York and we own a piece of property in the Inverness area. After contacting a number of contractors this
spring, we decided that Corporate Construction, LLC. offered a stylish home at a competitive price. After finalizing
our plans with Ron and Teresa we left feeling confident that we had made the right decision. During the whole building
process we were never disappointed. In fact, they went out of their way to send pictures, we were kept updated
on the progress, and Teresa went above and beyond helping us select accessories for our home.
